Instructions
Baking instructions 1 If using the oven, preheat to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. If not using parchment paper, brush or spray the baking sheet with oil or cooking spray. 2 Make the meatball mixture: In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients (venison through ground black pepper) in a bowl and mix well, using your fingers to incorporate the seasonings into the ground venison. 3 Form the meatballs: Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the meatballs mixture (I use a squeeze-release cookie scoop) and form meatballs. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and spray with oil on top. 4 Bake at 400F for 12-14 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned on the inside and fully cooked on the inside (160F). Serve warm, or toss with your favorite sauce to serve. Air fryer instructions 7 Mix the meatball ingredients together and form 2 tablespoon-sized meatballs as described above. Preheat the air fryer to 375F and arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket or tray. Air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 160F. Serve warm as is, or toss with your favorite sauce to serve.View original recipe
