Chicken Meatloaf

Meatloaf made from ground chicken breast is a leaner and lighter meatloaf compared to traditional meatloaf, but still tastes flavorful and juicy. A great kid-friendly recipe for the whole family!

0 Preheat oven to 375F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 1 Combine all the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Make sure to spread the seasonings all throughout the chicken mixture. 2 Form a meatloaf shape on the parchment-lined baking sheet. 3 Bake at 375F for 20 minutes (it won't be fully cooked yet). While the meatloaf is baking, combine all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and mix together. 5 After 20 minutes, carefully remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the glaze on the top and sides of the meatloaf. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the meatloaf is 165F in the thickest part. Baking time will depend on the shape of your loaf. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, slice, and enjoy!View original recipe
