Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 425F. 1 Roll out or stretch out the pizza dough on the parchment paper to make a thin crust, making sure to keep the crust no bigger than your baking sheet or pizza stone. Keep in mind: yeast dough puffs up a lot while baking so roll it out thinner than you think is necessary if you want a thin crust pizza. 2 Slide the parchment paper with the rolled out dough onto a large baking sheet. 3 *Bake the pizza dough according to the package instructions, or follow my instructions below.* 4 Bake the dough for 5 minutes without any toppings on. This will help prevent a soggy crust. 5 Remove the crust from the oven and carefully spread pizza sauce on top. Add shredded cheese, then add small pieces of goat cheese all over the pizza. The goat cheese dollops don't have to be perfect. Add dollops of pesto all over (if using), and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. 6 Bake at 425F for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and enjoy!View original recipe
